This thing comes with no instructions so for those of you like me who don't understand how to wire, here's what I did. Search the internet for brake light cover removal. I wrapped the wires with black friction tape (to hide the red paint) and fed them into the tire holder up to the cap. I used these blue connectors https://www.amazon.com/3M-Scotchlok-Electrical-Connector-stranded/dp/B0035R7TKO/ref=sr_1_15?dchild=1&keywords=SUITCASE+CONNECTORS&qid=1612805813&sr=8-15 to black to connect black and green/white jeep wire to red xprite wire. Wrapped up my connections and closed the lid again. The brake light looks great and is very bright.
