Broken on first use
On first use, the part where the makeup comes out broke completely and the makeup was scattered everywhere. I had a "come on" moment but decided to wash the sponge applicator and use it with my other foundations. When I washed the sponge, the water was (a little) black because it was dripping off the sponge. I threw everything in the trash 10 minutes after receiving it.
