Review on Imagine Shimmer Delicata Small Pigment by Heather Shaw

This ink pad actually uses the word 'shimmery' on the label, although nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, it's more of an iridescent/opalescent powder that I personally find extremely tasteless and cheap that I can't use. Very disappointing. AND FORGET the return shipping which ALSO says in the description. The seller is completely unreasonable. This item is essentially returnable, but when exactly did the seller want to mention the 15% restocking fee? Of course not before the purchase, that's for sure.
