The software was easy to use, the system helped us identify business reporting issues and improve our performance.The support team was extremely helpful as well. Nothing that I like about this product/service. The application does its job properly as advertised. If you are looking for a tool to assist with your reporting needs this would be a good choice. The software identified business reporting issues we had and gave us ways to fix them. I like best about this tool it's ability to scan my database with different queries at once as well its capability for running reports using SQL or Excel formats. The worst thing i dislike most is when you try to run an export job (using CSV) sometimes there are problems so if u r not familiar enough then maybe better avoid such tools because they have some issues but still good otherwise. It helps me find errors/issues within my databases before deploying them into production environments.
