It doesn't support video output
I'm using a MacBook Air (M1, 2020) with Big Sur 11.6.1. When I tried to view the image on the display (GH-LCU16A-BK) via CtoC, it didn't work. It doesn't work on the iPad Pro either. I ended up buying an original Apple Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) cable. It definitely worked. I would recommend a different cable.
