Do not buy!: Heating, cooling and air quality

I've had it for a month and a half now. I used it at least twice a week. I used it to control humidity in a snake tank. It worked really well for about 3 weeks but didn't release any moisture for a week. I decided I had to charge it. I plugged it in to charge and returned to my room 45 minutes later with a smell of burnt plastic and the charger had melted. It could have started a fire or exploded in my snake tank. I am very dissatisfied and will not buy it again.
