I used these stepper motors to drive an automated 3-axis camera track using an Arduino Uno controller and a motor hat. Since the motor hat could only drive two motors directly (no driver boards included), I used the analog Arduino pins and the included driver board to drive the third one. The gear train plus the alternating drive of the motors make very small steps. For one axle I have created a further gear reduction by means of a belt drive. I created eccentric mounts for two motors and a sliding mount for the third so I could tension the GT2 drive belts.
