Review on 💆 Kevin Murphy Plumping Shampoo and Conditioner Duo Set, 8.4 oz. by Beth Olfactory

I was very disappointed with this product. I used to use Kevin Murphy products that I got from a hair salon. This product is incomparable. First, the shampoo bottle was damaged when I received it. There was a big crack at the bottom and it was leaking. Second, the smell is terrible. A lot of other people here have said that it smells like "old lady's perfume" which is 100% true. Finally, I noticed a lot of hair loss in my first wash. I usually don't fall out more than a few strands in the shower and this resulted in a whole bunch of hair falling out when rinsing. I haven't noticed any extra thickness in my hair, maybe it will come later if I wash my hair more often, but honestly I'm afraid to keep using it because so much hair came out on the first use. It was necessary to listen to other people's reviews and not take risks. Will no longer use both.
