Half an hour after installation, the glue melted. This caused the upholstery of my office chair to slide forward. After removing and examining the padding, the Velcro hook strips appeared to have moved three inches, indicating adhesion failure. It didn't take much effort to remove the defective strips. The liquid gum glue was like a thin layer of black toothpaste. It was a sticky mess. There was slime stuck all over the pillow fabric. Luckily the paint thinner dissolved the stain. After moving the product, the cushion was put back on the office chair. I had the same problem, only much faster. The glue has become more liquid. Some areas of the black stripe had no adhesive, particularly the ends and edges. They all melted away. Not only did I lose money on the purchase, I also had to spend hours tidying up. This useless product should be banned.
