Review on Magical Star Night Lights for Kids: Remote Control Star Projector with LED Timer and 360 Degree Rotation, Perfect for Baby Bedrooms - Sky Galaxy Constellation Projection (Remote Flim-7 Set) by Pam Hansen

There are some downsides, but overall a good choice.

Overall we really like this projector. This is for a 7 year old so the easy remote control and fun swappable slides are great. It's not the prettiest I've seen, but kids love the options, the different backlight colors, and the rotation feature. It's definitely an improvement over the rather childish projector we had before and it's a huge success. I also like that the bulbs are LED so I don't have to worry about them getting hot if left on all night. There were a few things I didn't like, but I knew they were in there and not a deal breaker. First, the cable is really short. It happens on the bedside table, barely reaching the power plug at the bottom of the bedside table. Do 3-4 feet require too much? Also, the cable only connects to USB, so we had to use a spare block to connect to an outlet. Again, not such a big deal as we had an extra one, but really? It should have been included. Another thing is that the rotation can only be turned on using the remote control. Hope the baby doesn't get lost. The last minus is the timer. Your only choices are 1 hour, 2 hours or no timer. It would be nice to have more liberal options. In general, given the price, I'm ready to ignore the flaws. It's a nice little block and will hopefully last a while.
