I tried this product as soon as I received it. Put my Toyota Highlander key in your pocket to see if it's blocking the signal. Could not open doors until bag was 4-5 inches from car when using car handle to open door. It was possible to press the lock/unlock buttons on a pocket key from about 40 feet away and still open the door. Not sure if this currently prevents anyone from reading the code from the key. Is it to be expected that the car can be unlocked that far as long as the key is in the Faraday bag? To update! Returned item. Can open doors from about the same distance. Possibility to start the car with the key in your pocket. Doesn't seem to be working as expected.
