Satisfied with the device considering the price. The problem lies in the software that the camera is connected to. The software has a known history of constant crashes rendering the device unusable. If I had known that before buying, I wouldn't have done it. I have the latest iOS software on a 12 model iPhone. With a CCTV system, you don't have to worry about it working as advertised, especially if you are entrusting it to yourself, your family and/or your property. Luckily I only see annoying intruders and don't put this product up to harm to life or property. It also wants to know where your phone is at all times. Why do you need to know if I'm home or not? Why do I want my feed stored in the cloud owned by an organization that states in their terms and conditions that they will not store my data but will use it to continue their customer service operations? Nothing but red flags after receiving this product and trying to set it up. Find another cheap camera. This software is very questionable and unreliable. Edit: I forgot to mention that my excellent antivirus security suite completely disabled the connection to the Hiseeu official website advertised in the instructions for watching camera videos on PC. The antivirus explained that the website attempted to automatically install malware as soon as the homepage loaded (a very serious violation). Do not trust this company in particular. And why do you have decent packaging but there isn't a single spot with the Hisseu logo on it? Even the colors don't match. Everyone runs away from it. Quickly.
