Doesn't work with Catalina and MacBook Pro 16 inch

2nd FIX: Now 2 months after purchase the device won't boot any screen. Sometimes the screens flicker a few times per second, but most of the time they don't even wake up. When I switch to using two USBC->HDMI adapters instead of Caldigit, the monitors work fine. EDIT: I was finally able to speak to CalDigit Support and they confirmed that there are issues with the Catalina and/or 16-inch MacBook Pro that are causing the displays to not function properly. I'm using this with a new 16" MacBook Pro. Everything except the video outs works reasonably well. quite a price tag, when I plug the block into the computer the displays happen to not work. Sometimes both light up, sometimes neither, sometimes one. I turn the block off and on again and it rolls again, if I do this 3-4 times, both indicators light up .gh, the IDs must be mixed up and my position and rotation settings are lost (because the computer reads them as detects new indicators). Then I have to disconnect and reconnect and both indicators light up correctly. For a $200 device, this isn't an idea. The build is really solid. Metal helps dissipate heat. I wouldn't say that You'll burn yourself, but it definitely doesn't feel cool.
