Just received and tested yesterday. For the Phone XR it was 5% and I used this charger for 30 minutes (I timed it). After 30 minutes it reached 55%. After another 30 minutes (time measured again) it was 95% charged. I am happy with this purchase. If you need 2 chargers for the price of 1, this is for you! Clear deal!
