Just received this today and was excited to assemble and use it. I was very disappointed when I saw that they sent me a defective product. There is a hole in the back of the third shelf. No wonder this shelf was so cheap, the material is flimsy, the shelves have no solid board support and sag easily. If you plan on storing a lot of clothes in it (the shelves are very roomy) look elsewhere, it doesn't hold much weight except for the bottom shelf (it has a board support). The only plus is the hooks and the color. Very disappointed with the damaged item and the overall quality of this shelf. Below I have provided photos of the damage to the product I received.
