Be sure to check the screws when you receive the brush.
Disappointing finish (absence) - specifically on the underside of the brush, the screws holding the handle to the base were crooked and screwed in too deep causing the wood to crack/split. This could have been avoided in two ways: by using a stronger piece of wood, or by taking the time to drill a pilot hole. Considering how much I paid for this brush, I expect more than what I got.
