I ordered one of these a year ago for pain and I really liked it. When I visited my family last Christmas, I took it with me. My sister and sister-in-law found it helpful too, so I each bought one for Mother's Day. Although what I received wasn't what I ordered, I was disappointed. The owner called me on my cell phone, he takes customer service seriously. The model you received is a newer model and if you are not happy with it he will replace it.

Apply a small amount of oil to the blue, machine-washable cover (included with the massager) and slide the massager, face down, over the area to be treated.
