I had an older version of these headphones and had multiple issues ranging from not charging to an improperly fitting ear. They seem to have fixed many issues. This new design fits the ear differently to be safer and more comfortable. Rather than sitting flatter, the earbud is angled (see photo) and fits much more snugly without causing discomfort. The good thing about the case is that it's a tough clam shell design that your headphones will stick out of when you toss them in a backpack or holdall. The LED indicator is very nice as you can see that each earbud is charging when in the case. You don't have to look for the tiny red LED on the earbud to know if it's charging. You can also see the remaining battery life in the case. The sound is really pleasant. Well above what you would expect at this price point to be honest. Unfortunately I sprained my ankle after ordering, so I can't test them while running or cycling. I have to do that later. So far they seem very reliable so I'm pretty sure they will stay. Overall, I would recommend these headphones to anyone who wants true wireless but really loves the earhook design, which is what I do. connects easily to my iPhone X and they connect instantly every time I take them out of the case. You get the standard accessories with these headphones i.e. 3 sizes of ear pads and a USB-C cable.Update: after very little use the left side stopped charging. I don't think I made it through 2 full case loads. That's very disappointing. There is no corrosion on the contacts but it won't charge no matter what I try. Update 2: After playing around with the earbud, I was finally able to charge it. I still have some issues but I have to say that this company stands behind their product. They got in touch immediately. I can say you can buy without fear because they stand behind their products.
