A simple solution that works well: Sapaad
I like the simplicity of the app and the ability to see everything in one spot. Sometimes it is difficult to navigate between different features. It would be nice to have the ability to see my menu items on the main screen. It would also be nice to see the amount spent on each item. I have not had any issues but I am also not the target market. This is a great tool for small restaurants without a full-time IT department. It has allowed me to see what is going on in the kitchen and make changes to the menu as needed.

- Not much training required other than showing them how they can use their phone insteadof using pen&paper notes that just become obsolete over time

- Not bad
