Review on 🌞 Sunco Lighting Assistant with Color Changing Compatibility by Eric Brooks

Admittedly I ordered these lights after seeing the advertised lumens and photos of the bright fun colors and saw that this item had an overall rating of 4.2 stars without reading the reviews more closely. Of course there are many other people complaining about the same problem; The colors just aren't bright enough. These bulbs aren't really any better, let alone brighter, than the 4-pack of RGBW bulbs I bought for a third the price ($24). bulb above and the other below. At 100% brightness with only white these lights are VERY bright. I keep my brightness at just 5% which is perfect and gives a very soft glow throughout the garden at ground level. But trying to match the warmth (in Kelvins) of my underground landscape lights, which are the ideal 3000K, just isn't possible. When I try to use the app and switch between the cooling/heating dial, it turns to either pink or blue. When I set the backlight to cycle through different colors, I wasn't impressed at all. As mentioned, the other fun colors aren't very bright, but when cycling through different colors it seems like only the four primary colors are cycling through. There is no fuchsia, dark purple or turquoise here. It just changes from red to green-blue to something else. There's also this soft off-white color that's part of that fading feature as it cycles through different colors. White is not a colour! i don't want to see it My plan was to leave these bulbs at 3000K neutral white all summer and then from Halloween to Easter adjust these bulbs to fun colors to match all the holidays. It just doesn't work for me. Apparently Sunco put so much effort into making these lights programmable over Wi-Fi. However, this was at the expense of those lights, which weren't bright enough when using different colors. I don't need all those fancy programming tricks. I have an astronomical wall timer that can turn the light on and off based on the time of year (turning on and off earlier in summer and staying on longer in winter, etc. due to seasonal changes). But again, I have to be ashamed that I didn't carefully read other people's similar frustrations with these lamps.
