Review on Non Skid Crew Socks - JSPA Anti Slip 4 Pairs For Barre Yoga Pilates, Men Women With Swollen Feet Diabetes & Edema by Rachel Massine

Great for casual, around-the-house wear .

I needed a pair of no-skid socks to wear around the house. I have taken to wearing sneakers instead of slippers because I had a nasty fall last year. The tread of the slippers had worn just enough so that instead of gripping the stairs, acted like a sled. Needless to say, I’m much more aware of footwear, including the type of socks I wear. These slipper socks definitely fit the bill for diabetic and no-skid. The rubberized pattern on the food of the sock is thick and well-textured. Unlike the socks issued in a hospital, these are meant to last and won’t wear out anytime soon. These socks have exactly what I thought I wanted in many ways, including total comfort. These do have an elasticized top band (5-1/2”), curved heel, and top toe seam. They fit well and they won’t be sliding down. I probably will just let them rest on or above my ankles as I’m not particular about having them up mid-calf level. The top toe seam is excellent because regular-seams in a non-diabetic sock are truly irritating, no say nothing of dangerous for a diabetic. There’s not a lot of compression, but I don’t need it. The socks stay up and that’s enough for me. Definitely would recommend these socks for casual, around-the-house wear.
