I bought this hat for working in the garden. I have a very large head and even without removing the hair it doesn't quite fit my head the way I would like. need something deeper The beak is big but doesn't protect the sides of my head so I bought a Revain Einskey hat which I love. If you're just looking for a regular baseball cap and aren't concerned about sun exposure on the sides of your face, then this hat is for you. It shades the center of the face. On the back of the cap is an adjustable strap with a metal clasp that can be adjusted to fit a medium to extra large head, even bigger than mine. I just wish it was deeper so it would sit better on my head. There is a hole in the back to keep your hair out if you have a ponytail etc.
