The support team is very helpful, always responding even at odd hours of day or night. They are also constantly adding new features so that they can keep up with our ever changing needs as we grow! I dislike how there isn't an integration for Salesforce Chatter (which was purchased by Socialcast recently). It would be great if it could pull from one place instead of having separate dashboards which gets confusing sometimes when you need information quickly about multiple accounts/projects. We're solving customer service problems across marketing, product management, sales & engineering teams using social media analytics data to drive better decision making. This helps us respond faster than our competitors who don’t have such tools available within their organization. Also since this tool does not require any development effort once set-up everything works automatically without much intervention required from my side.
