I like that my customer service reps are always available to help me out when needed! There isn't much for this program to dislike as it's been very easy to learn how to use so far (I have only used one feature).

It can be difficult at times if you don't understand what all your options are but once they walk through them step-by-step everything becomes clear. The benefits include time saved by being able to print files from multiple locations without having to make copies/duplicates across different machines.
