I wanted a clog style for out door, water plants etc. I threw away cheap flip flops with no support and ordered these as they said they supported the arch . that you have. I accidentally ordered the wrong size but I liked them so much because they are easy to put on and take off and I kept them. I threw the belt over the front. (As for the fit, I was wondering if the strap could fit well in my size?) The insole is removable and washable and can be loaded neatly, haven't had to wash the shoes yet. Blue/black bright colors will be but have not been washed and unfortunately the information has been thrown away so no advice. I'm satisfied and will probably order another size up in the right size. I would wear casual or athletic wear for outdoor activities.
