I like how they customize their recruiting experience to fit my needs by using multiple channels (social media/email). It can be challenging communicating within an HR department with such different ways of communication between departments so it is hard for us as recruiters or our clients at times because we dont always know what other partys are doing from day-to-day! Stay organized - make sure your team knows exactly who you need filled when in order for them all communicate correctly!! I like how it is easy to use for my clients as well! The customer service has been great so far too!! They have also helped me with other issues such problems we've had in our HR department (such hiring policies). We are now able fix them ourselves without having an outside vendor do this work or charge us extra money just because they don't know what's going wrong within their own system/programs etc..
