Mini fan comes in 3 small boxes. Made in China, no instructions. They have a right and left fan and a neckpiece that contains a battery. The neck or back is designed for USB charging. This fan was purchased to replace one of our Travelon fans which has worked great for many years. Unfortunately, someone with long hair borrowed it and we were unable to make repairs because the hair got tangled in the fan blades. The Travelon can tilt and blow directly at your face when you hold it or sit. It doesn't work well if you walk. So we decided to try this device. This review comes after a week of daily use for an hour's walk. The battery is still charged. The fan blowing at maximum speed is not too loud, but can be annoying when used on an airplane at this speed. Each fan works independently or together. They are well articulated to blow air into any area you point them at. Also, the arms fold or wrap around your neck, which helps when you bend over and don't have to worry about it wobbling as there's nothing to attach it to. So far it has worked well and helped keep the South Florida weather cool. If you're worried about the looks, it's a little bulky and looks like two 3-inch circles attached to a necklace. To improve the product, it would be nice to have instructions in English.
