First, I really like the technology of this speakerphone. Sound quality and controls were good or felt good. The device is also visually appealing. Problems: I counted three different output/input devices that this block shows in Windows 10's settings. And depending on which one you choose, the device behaves differently with your computer. The instructions didn't provide enough information to fix the device's settings and it required constant troubleshooting to make it work. Sometimes it turns itself off and you have no other option to turn it on other than turn it off and restart. Audio delays sometimes occur when the device does not output audio for a few seconds (when it appears to be working properly). It behaves differently between Microsoft Skype and Cisco Webex/Cisco Jabber. It's difficult to adjust the microphone volume so that the person on the other side of the call can hear quality vocals from you. The default/auto settings were too loud, causing speech to sound hoarse and requiring you to hold your phone away from your ear or risk painfully loud voices. I spent quite a bit of time dialing while talking to my wife. Then, after a reboot, the settings went wrong. Also, the device needs to be turned on and off - if it's a desktop device, why can't it just stay on when a computer is connected to it? I suspect many of these issues are driver or firmware related. I hope they can solve the problems because the product is promising. I had to send mine back. In a professional setting, this device would make me appear less than professional.
