The item sent was not exactly what I ordered. The ones they sent didn't fit my ATV rack. The screws were sled type and too long to tighten properly. The width and depth of the stock itself was thin and not very wide - wouldn't fit my rifle without putting it in there - and if you're smart you should normally keep your rifle in a rifle pouch, in a mount, to protect it from dirt, rain, etc. during transit, but these mounts were too small to allow for that. not to mention the gun. I've read reviews online and about write-downs, maybe it was justified but other than that I just don't understand why others have given it more than 1 or 2 stars. Your gun and your gun bag.
