I am so tired of shopping online. This boot had this obvious hole in the back heel. Why would a seller waste money on shipping when they know the buyer won't be happy? It just annoys me and I don't want to patronize online stores. The boot itself is nice, average quality but a bit tight. #shopbrickandmotar. Might get five stars for real shoes!
