Disappointing and not worth the money - don't worry!

I ordered this knee pillow as I have arthritis in both knees and was hoping to get some sleep relief after reading the mostly good reviews. Well after opening the box I had to laugh at the pathetic apology for the pillow I received! It's so compact that it seems more suitable for a small child than an adult, or for use with one arm rather than one leg. I have tried this as shown in the diagram but due to the small size there is little to no relief; I am extremely disappointed. Please don't waste your money on this pillow!
