This thermal kit is perfect! It is very soft to the touch and comfortable to wear. It fits exactly as expected. I used the size chart for myself. I'm a person who catches a cold easily but doesn't want too thick layers for warmth. This set is perfect for keeping warm in cooler temps indoors and being multi-layered it is not bulky enough to pull on a second layer for the outdoors. The top is good enough to be worn as a base layer - it doesn't "look" like underwear so can be used as a base layer if that is preferred. I highly recommend this brand and this product. They never disappoint.
