On the plus side, it looks stylish and feels smooth. On the other hand, DO NOT use the hex wrench that comes with this product. I took it off twice and had to sand it down so I could tighten the collar. I would also recommend not using this on a Jeep manual shifter. Since the Jeep's shifter wobbles a lot, this knob didn't hold tight and constantly made an annoying rattling noise. I even smeared some Gorilla Glue on the collar and tried to attach some rubber parts inside. I wasted time all the time and during my trip to Vermont I was glad I kept the original pin in the glove box as I needed to reattach it.
