Review on First Line Software by Paul Wilson

We use first line to create our website for both internal and external customers. The team has been very responsive during every step we've taken with them - from concept through launch! They have also provided ongoing support after launch. I haven't found anything that would be considered an issue specifically related to their work or service so far. If you're looking for someone who will listen carefully to your needs/problems and then do what they can to solve those problems (or at least find solutions), this might not be the best fit. But if you need something done right away without having to go back and forth between different teams, it's worth considering. Our web presence was lacking focus & cohesion before working with FIRST LINE SOFTWARE. Now there are clear goals and objectives set up by us which helps guide decisions about design elements such as colors, fonts etc.
