I really enjoy this product. I add some water to soak my feet. I also soak my hands, wrists and hands at a time to relieve pain in my carpal tunnel. You can also use this for hot and cold treatments to confuse the ending nerve. Ice would work well in this bag. I think I could put some oil on my hair, a warm wet towel and put this pack on it to keep the heat of the wet hot towel warm and give my hair a good condition. I think it would be very convenient to take it on a hike. You can pour some water in it and put some fish in it to keep them alive until you cook them on the fire. I think if you put hot water in this bag and put your baby bottles in too warm it would be perfect. If you are on a hike and need a pong, you can heat some water to put in this bag and have a birdbath 😉. I think you could think endlessly about using this bag 💜
