Review on π 8 Gauge Red SB50 Large Gauge Anderson Connectors - Each (Installation Bay) by Terrance Castle
Not the best quality
I use these connectors to connect my 12v air compressor. My pump only draws a fraction of the plug's rated current, but the contacts get so hot you can barely hold the plug body. Yes, the connections are correct and made with a copper wire of increased cross-section. I'm a licensed electrician and have used these types of connectors in car factories but they seem to be a cheap version of it.
