I really liked this headset... it's quite flexible. It may be ok for those who multitask and need to easily switch between computer and phone, but it can also be used with a single device, which is usually the case in my situation. Personally I prefer a paper manual and that was only on the internet but I figured it out well...it wasn't a big deal. I think the sound quality is good - comparable to others I've used. Not the best option for listening to music/movies, but perfect for personal talks or seminars, non-musical things. Setup was pretty easy - almost plug and play. There was nothing to personalize so I really appreciated it! As easy as setting up the headset is, ha! It's strong once you deploy it, but hard to put together. I prefer a headset over an earbud, but both felt good. Overall this is a good headset and a good price.
