So far so good. The instructions are not well translated into English and the modes on the device are in Chinese. It looks like you have to wear both pads for the device to work. If you only wear one, nothing happens. That's what the manual says, it's hard to read. The current is more than sufficient without completely twisting. I placed one on my biceps and the other on my forearm, maxing it out and watching my arm twitch uncontrollably. Good times.
