You get what you pay for.

The declared peak power is 400, but at the minimum amp they distort almost immediately. Even just running on my main unit, a 4x50 Kennwood (with all sorts of EQ settings), I can't even get my stereo halfway up before the crackles and pops start. This is not a seller rating as I honestly wanted to try the speakers and didn't let them know about the issue, but even for emergency speakers they are bad.
