Hot love head, just as described. Thick fabric, soft lining, center seam give casual, athletic joggers an airy feel, wide waistband feels flattering, and pockets are functional. The size chart is correct. I have an athletic lower body size 8 and the medium fits like the model pictured. If you have a narrow 10, these will do. The fabric is expected to shrink a bit with washing but otherwise holds up well to hang dry.
