Charger worked great until it stalled. I've only had this pair of chargers for a little over half a year and the ones I don't use often (I have one at home and one at work) when I try to use them I have to move the cord. and try to get it seated just right and then let go and hope it charges. Connecting the cable to the plug just isn't very good. It would be a good buy if they lasted a long time. UPDATE: I threw away the first one that didn't work and started on the second. I charge my Fitbit about every 7 days. I plug it into a USB port and the cradle into my fibit and then leave it there to charge. I don't move it much and I don't pull the cord. This second charger has now also done the same as the first by having a loose connection where the cable enters the plug that goes into the USB port and only after 10 minutes of fiddling with it did you find the right one to find position. The cable can still be charged when you let go. What a waste of money. I ordered a different cable that DOES NOT have a reset button (not that I even used it initially) as I feel it may have contributed to the disconnect.
