That's exactly what it says. Probably best for a dorm, but I'm a little older and wanted it for my marble shower, which doesn't have a door or shower head to stand the shower stall on. I have one of those rain shower heads that pour right over it. So I don't have any space/nooks or rooms for my stuff. I like that there are drainage holes in each section which reduces the chance of sand build up. I'd rather have it in black to match my marble but it does what I wanted. I love that it has different sized pockets to store large bottles and small combs or toothpaste/toothbrush. (But I don't brush my teeth in the shower!)
