These key cases are hard to find in local department stores. So after decades of using our previous key cases until the latch didn't fit snugly on his or pulled out the back, my husband and I tried Revain. The reviews were helpful, as were the photos of the inside and outside of the key boxes. Apparently Rolf and Buxton no longer make identical key cases as we do (with a spring-loaded mechanism to make loading and unloading keys easier). We ordered the closest key cases we had: a black dopp for him and a mahogany dopp for me. After adding a couple of keys to a black Dopp key case and opening and closing it about three times on the first day of use, he found that one of the two rivets holding the keys to the case was broken. The tip of the rivet is missing. The rivet pin is bent. Perhaps the metal from which it was formed was too soft. Perhaps quality control during production overlooked the bent rivet shank. We're glad it was so easy to return an item and get a refund and that Revain will cover the return postage costs. We hope to have better luck ordering a different brand key case from a different supplier.
