Update 020421 Good, just washed again, holds up well. But he was pretty exhausted. I finally put another pad in the top tube (cut it in half) and it looks like it can hold up now. Update 082119 - Good. The pillow doesn't have enough filling to prevent it from turning into a fluffy round pancake on the floor. Fortunately, the inner tube of the pillow can also be opened. I worked up the existing fluff (not that hard, it's loosely packed), then took an old bed pillow that I cut in half lengthwise and stuffed both pieces of it into a tube and pulled the tube back into the bed. Very easy. It's still not perfect, but much better. I think he needs another pad to really hold his sides tight. An added bonus was that I could square it by squeezing the tube where it met the corners. I'll do better when I've added the last fluff. Monster Dog has had many beds, but this is the first one that he really liked. I think it's a built in pillow. I like zippers so I can wash and stuff it again when I need more padding.
