I love these shoes and regret not having received them sooner. I've always felt these shoes were too "hippie" for me, but I love what they do for your feet and toes. I usually wear US size 13 shoes. And in the end I came up with the best size 45 EU. My big toe sticks out a lot more than the rest of my toes, so I generally wear a size down. I recommend wearing them around the house first, start small, wear them here where they are. . The more you wear them the better they feel and now I wish I could wear them to work lol. But I don't dare because it looks like you wear socks lol and everyone who hates feet in general. (And neither is my boss) a fan of these shoes lol. My feet kept popping when I wore them and that's because these shoes are so snug that they align the entire foot and toe making them a bit uncomfortable. first several options, so here you wear them for 20 minutes. 30 minutes there. Then an hour. Then half a day. etc. My legs feel great. The shoes help separate the toes better, so they line up any clothes that need to go. My legs are stronger and don't hurt like they used to. Choosing the right size is crucial. I had to try 3 different sizes (47 then 46 then I left 45 for my 13ft size. Oh and the sweatier or wetter or your feet (like coming home from work and then changing shoes) These shoes are harder to put on, so make sure your feet and toes are dry so they can slide more easily.
