My most recent purchasing experience at the HESHE online store was a complete and utter disaster. When I attempted to resolve a problem with my order, the customer service department did not respond to my inquiries and was not helpful. In addition, the products that I was sent were of poor quality and did not correspond to the specifications that were provided on the website. In general, I would not suggest purchasing at HESHE because the company does not value their customers and does not provide products that are satisfactory.
