Easy-to-use, customizable templates that are easy to modify with just about any tool or program available. Not much I dislike as far as functionality goes. The ability to customize the layout template is great. Some of our clients do not have access to Adobe products so we use PowerPoint but also want to present in other programs like Keynote. This allows them to see exactly what they will receive when presented via their preferred platform (or lack thereof). Our team has been able to use this product to create very professional looking documents/presentations without having to invest time into learning how to edit graphics within Photoshop or Illustrator.
