If you're looking for the essentials, look no further.

Before I say anything else, BUY SOME FANS IF YOU PLANNING TO BUY THIS. This case only has one exhaust fan on the back but you can get 3 case fans for about $10 and this case requires no tools to install the fans behind the front grill, it's pretty nice and almost essential for airflow if you plan to play this games. By bare minimum, I mean this case will get you started if you're trying to spend as little money as possible while building a machine with as few unnecessary parts as possible. I do NOT have an optical drive, side window, RGB, special loops or anything like that. It looks like it will fit on top of the 120mm cooler, but I don't want it hanging from that brittle metal. Use a full size graphics card so I can't comment on how it will fit them. However, if you plan to install multiple PCI-E cards, you should use these slots for as long as you use the case, as the back panels are just thin strips of metal with perforations in between and need constant removal to keep them you could use them , when we talk about minimalism, am I right? The cable routing wasn't that bad. I used a non-modular power supply and it mates great with everything, lots of access holes and mounting slots. One issue is that my (admittedly powerful) CPU power connector doesn't fit through the small hole in the top right corner of the back of the tray. I also used a big old black WD hard drive and it fit perfectly in the removable hard drive trays although they were pretty flimsy but I don't slide them in and out all the time so I don't care. The instruction manual, in principle, did not help, did not mention that the front panel was removable for installing fans. It had lots of screws, 3(?) brass posts and some tweezers (sorry, zip ties). Like I said, minimalist. Solid dollar bang and does what you need.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Something different
