As someone who places a high value on providing excellent customer service, I was incredibly let down by the experience I had at Kekoy. In spite of the fact that they insist they are dedicated to giving customers the best products and service available, I did not find their customer service to be very helpful. When I called Kekoy with a question about one of their products, the representative who answered the phone was impolite and unable to answer my question. They gave me very little information and appeared irritated by my question, which left me feeling frustrated and as though I had not been heard. To make matters even more frustrating, the merchandise I bought from Kekoy did not live up to the high quality standards I had anticipated it would. It was inadequately constructed and did not live up to the description on their website in any way. In general, I came away from my time at Kekoy feeling very let down and frustrated. Although they may produce high-quality goods, customer service and attention to detail are two areas in which they could stand to improve. I do not feel comfortable recommending this business to others because I believe they do not put the requirements and the fulfillment of their customers as a top priority.
