I doubt that this is pure mulberry silk. It still has an unnatural chemical odor, like stinky. Packing in garbage bag, not in storage bag. Looks beautiful and sophisticated. However, all the labels are in Chinese and the care instructions state that it should not be washed in water, dry cleaned, bleached or ironed. Should I just use it straight out of the questionable packaging and throw it away after 1 week if it can't be washed? It has a zipper with silk inside and can be used as a comforter or bed cover, but it cannot be washed. Claimed to be machine washable and chemical free. The seller's response also says it's machine washable, but the product itself says otherwise. It claims to be OEKO-TEX 100 certified chemical-free and naturally colored with no shading or fading, but to me it smells like chemicals and there's no label or documentation anywhere to prove it's OEKO-TEX certified. How much can you really trust a product from China? I've had it for 6 months now and the smell is still there. With such a smelly smell, you can't use it. Cannot be washed and returned. This is a complete waste of money. Purchase at your own risk.
